Information we collect
Information you send us. When you write to request access we receive your name, work email address, organization, role, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. Standard server log information: IP address, browser type, pages requested and referring page. This site runs no advertising cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
Why we use it
To respond to your request, to establish the agreement under which access is granted, to maintain a record of business correspondence, and to operate and secure the website. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal bases, where GDPR or comparable law applies
Legitimate interests, for responding to access requests and securing the website. Consent, where you have given it for optional communications, which you may withdraw at any time. Legal obligation, where retention is required. Contract, where processing is necessary to establish or perform an agreement with your organization.
Retention
Access request correspondence is retained for three years from last contact, then deleted. Server logs are retained for ninety days. Where an agreement is executed, records are retained for the term of that agreement plus the period required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, write to client@reltronic.com. We respond within thirty days. You may also complain to your supervisory authority.
International transfers
Reltronic, Inc. is based in the United States. Where you contact us from outside the United States, your correspondence is transferred there. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers where required.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers for website hosting and email. A current list is available on request.
