Accessibility Statement

Effective: 25 October 2026 · Last reviewed: 25 October 2026 · Version: 1.0

Our commitment

Clinical software is used by people with a wide range of abilities, often under time pressure and in poor conditions. Reltronic, Inc. designs neusymbol.com and the NeuSymbol Reference platform to be usable with assistive technology, by keyboard alone, and at magnification.

Conformance status

neusymbol.com aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site is in partial conformance, which means most of the content meets the standard and specific areas are identified below for remediation.

Known limitations

Color contrast in brand elements. Certain decorative elements that use the brand color do not meet the 4.5:1 text contrast ratio. These elements carry no information on their own, and all text has been set in an accessible variant of the brand color.

Documents behind the access agreement. Technical documentation provided to account holders is produced in a range of formats and has not been audited in full. Alternative formats are available on request.

Alternative formats

Where any content on this site or in the platform is not accessible to you, we will provide the information in an alternative format. Write to client@reltronic.com describing what you need and the format that would work.

Assessment approach

Accessibility is evaluated during development through self-assessment against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, keyboard-only navigation testing, and screen reader review. A formal third-party audit has not yet been commissioned. When one is completed, the result will be published here whatever it finds.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of this site relies on HTML, CSS and WAI-ARIA, and on the combination of a modern web browser with any assistive technology installed on your device.

Feedback and response time

We welcome reports of accessibility barriers. Write to client@reltronic.com. We acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and will tell you what we intend to do and when.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be entitled to raise the matter with the relevant authority in your jurisdiction.

This statement was prepared on 25 October 2026 and is reviewed when the site changes materially.
