Who It’s For

Overview

One engine, delivered through the access route appropriate to each organization type.

Segment 01

Clinics and practices

A twelve-person practice manages the same complex patients as an academic medical center without the informatics resources available to one. Evaluation that concludes within a week at a quaternary center can extend across years elsewhere.

NeuSymbol Reference is reached through a browser. There is no software to install and no server to operate. It supports practices on minimal electronic records and those with none.

Output: the differential the record supports, trajectory and rate of change, and the evidence behind each line, in a form suitable for referral.

Segment 02

Specialist practices

Independent groups managing complex referrals without academic center resources. Rare disease clinics, metabolic and genetics practices, rheumatology and neurology.

Output: the complete record assessed at once, including records received from other institutions, with a timeline identifying when each finding appeared.

Segment 03

Foundations and registries

Community registries represent years of contribution from affected families and frequently cannot be used for the purpose for which they were collected. Heterogeneous instruments, inconsistent definitions and manual entry leave clinical signal inseparable from error.

Output: natural history characterization across the cohort, progression rates with variance, and a documented basis for every inclusion and exclusion decision.

The organization retains ownership of the registry and of the analysis produced from it. The underlying methodology is described on the Reltronic foundations page.

Segment 04

Research and industry

Cohort discovery, site feasibility, external control arms and real-world evidence. Project-based work that does not justify on-premise hardware deployment.

Output: reproducible, version-pinned analysis with provenance attached, in the form required for regulatory submission.

Data handling

Governed by the executed agreement

Handling terms depend on what is submitted and are defined in the agreement before access is granted. The following principles apply in all cases.

Ownership

Submitted data remains the property of the submitting organization.

Isolation

Data submitted by one organization serves that organization only.

Retention

Retention periods are defined in writing and destruction is certified.
