Overview
Access follows an executed agreement. Accounts are issued to named individuals at the contracting organization.
The agreement defines what may be submitted, how it is handled, how long it is retained, how the reference is used, and the responsibilities of each party. Terms vary by organization type and are established before access is granted.
Access routes
Two routes by organization type
Foundations and research
Patient foundations, registries and investigator-led research are served through Regal Intel, which develops the platform. Access for qualifying organizations is provided at no cost.
Clinical and commercial
Clinics, practices and institutional customers are served through Reltronic, alongside the installed platform.
A single request covers both routes. Identify your organization type and the request is directed accordingly.
Process
Five steps to provisioned access
01 Submit a request
Write from your institutional address with the information listed below.
02 Response within two business days
Reviewed and answered by a member of staff.
03 Terms established
Scope, data handling and obligations on both sides. A clinic submitting records under care and a foundation submitting a de-identified registry require different agreements.
04 Accounts issued
To named individuals. A designated administrator at your organization may request additional accounts without repeating the process.
05 Two-factor authentication
Configured at first sign-in and required on every account.
Required information
What to include in your request
Organization and role
Legal name of the organization and your position within it.
Intended use
The clinical or research purpose the reference would support.
Number of users
Approximate count of individuals requiring access.
Also indicate whether you intend to submit records under clinical care, a registry, or a research cohort, as this determines the applicable agreement. If the classification is unclear, state that and it will be established during review.
Information provided is used solely to respond to the request. Patient information should not be included in correspondence.
Existing accounts
Account holders access the platform at the address issued with their credentials.
